Once upon a time, in a village, there lived a merchant. He used to travel from village to village selling caps to earn his livelihood. Every morning, he would set out with a large sack full of caps and return home by evening after selling them. One morning, he took a sack of colorful caps and headed towards another village.
As he walked, he became very tired. While passing through a jungle, he noticed a banyan tree. He thought it would be a good idea to take some rest under the shade of the tree. The merchant was exhausted, so he placed the sack of caps on the ground, took off his cap, laid down, and fell into a deep sleep.

On the same tree where the merchant was resting, there were many monkeys. Upon seeing the merchant sleeping, the monkeys decided to have some fun. They took the colorful caps from the merchant’s sack and started playing with them. Some monkeys even put the caps on their heads. The jungle echoed with the sound of their playful activities.
The commotion of the monkeys playing woke up the merchant. When he saw the monkeys wearing his caps and playing, he got angry. To scare the monkeys away, he pretended to scratch his head vigorously. To his surprise, the monkeys imitated him by scratching their heads as well. The merchant realized that the monkeys were copying his actions.
Now, the merchant had an idea. He quickly grabbed a cap, put it on his head, and threw the cap on the ground. The monkeys, following his lead, also put the caps on their heads and threw them on the ground. The merchant repeated this action a few times, and each time, the monkeys imitated him.
Taking advantage of this situation, the clever merchant gathered all the caps and put them back into his sack. He then waved goodbye to the monkeys, who were still imitating him, and continued his journey to the next village.
The moral of the story is that no matter how challenging the situation, one should not panic. In every circumstance, one should use their wit and intelligence to find a solution.
