The Three Little Pigs Story

The Three Little Pigs Story In Hindi

Once upon a time, in a jungle, three little pigs lived with their mother. After some time, when they grew up, their mother called them and said, “My dear children, you can now take care of yourselves and live your own lives. Therefore, I wish for you to leave this jungle, explore the world, and live your lives as you please.”

Upon hearing their mother’s words, the three pigs left their home and started heading towards the city. After walking for some distance, they reached another jungle. Feeling tired, they thought of resting under a tree. So, the three pigs settled there and began making plans for their future.

The first pig suggested, “I think now we should each go our own way and try our luck independently.”

The second pig liked this idea, but the third pig wasn’t convinced. He said, “No, I believe we should stay together and start our new lives in the same place. Living together, we can help each other in times of trouble.”

This idea appealed to the first two pigs, and they agreed. They gathered to build their homes in the same area.

The first pig thought of making a house quickly, so he decided to build a house made of straw. He completed his straw house in no time and started relaxing.

On the other hand, the second pig decided to build a house using dry twigs from the trees. He believed that his twig house would be stronger than the straw house. After collecting dry twigs, he worked hard to build his house, and soon he was enjoying his creation.

Meanwhile, the third pig decided to build a house using bricks and stones. He knew it would take more effort, but his house would be sturdy and safe. It took him seven days to build a house with bricks.

Seeing the third pig working hard, the other two pigs made fun of him. They thought he was being foolish for putting so much effort into building a strong house. They teased him and invited him to play with them, but the third pig continued building his brick house.

When the brick house was completed, it looked beautiful and strong. The three pigs were happy in their respective homes. One day, a wild wolf noticed them. Hungry, the wolf approached the first pig’s straw house and knocked on the door.

The first pig, still sleepy, asked from inside, “Who is it at the door?”

The wolf replied, “It’s me, open the door and let me in.”

Hearing the fierce voice, the first pig got scared and said, “I won’t open the door. You’re a dangerous wolf, and you might blow my house away.”

Angry, the wolf huffed and puffed, and with a strong blow, he easily knocked down the straw house. The first pig managed to escape and ran to the second pig’s twig house.

The wolf, not giving up, followed them. He reached the second pig’s house, knocked on the door, and demanded to be let in.

The second pig, frightened but a bit braver, said, “No, you can’t come in. I won’t open the door.”

The wolf, frustrated, huffed and puffed again, and the twig house collapsed. The two pigs managed to escape and ran to the third pig’s brick house.

The wolf, determined to get them, arrived at the third pig’s house and growled, “Open the door or I’ll huff and puff and blow your house down!”

Confident in his sturdy house, the third pig replied, “Try all you want, but my brick house won’t fall.”

The wolf huffed and puffed with all his might, but the brick house stood strong. Unable to break in, the wolf gave up and went away hungry.

The three pigs, safe in the brick house, realized the importance of hard work and making wise choices. They apologized to the third pig for mocking him and acknowledged the value of building a strong foundation for their future.

From that day on, the three pigs lived happily in their well-built brick house, knowing that hard work and careful planning had saved them from the dangers of the world. The story teaches us the importance of diligence, wisdom, and cooperation.
