Once upon a time, there was a pair of crows living happily on a tree in a jungle. They had made their nest on that tree and were content with their life. One day, their happiness caught the attention of a snake. The snake had started residing in a burrow beneath the tree where the crows had their nest. Whenever the crow pair went out to find food, the snake would devour their eggs. When they returned, they found their nest empty, but they couldn’t figure out who was taking their eggs.
This continued for several days. One day, after the crows had returned quickly from their food search, they saw that a snake was eating their eggs in the burrow below.Â
After this discovery, they found a secluded place high on the tree and built a new nest there. The snake observed that the crow pair had left their previous spot, but in the evening, they would return to the tree.
This pattern continued for many days. The crow eggs hatched, and the chicks grew. One day, the snake discovered the location of the new nest and started waiting for the crows to leave. As the crows left the nest, the snake quickly moved towards it, but for some reason, the crow pair returned to the tree.
Seeing the crows coming back, the snake realized that the crows were playing a trick on it. The crows quickly hid their chicks in the thick foliage of the tree. In the meantime, the snake continued to the empty nest, not realizing that the crows had outsmarted it. As the snake reached the nest, the crows cawed loudly, attracting the attention of the soldiers in the nearby kingdom.
Taking advantage of the situation, the crow flew out of the jungle and into a neighboring kingdom. There, the crow saw a beautiful palace where a princess was playing with her friends. The crow, carrying a string of pearls in its beak, caught the attention of everyone. The guards, attempting to catch the crow, followed it, but the crow dropped the string of pearls into the snake’s burrow.
As the soldiers tried to retrieve the pearls, the snake attacked them. Taking advantage of the chaos, the crow flew back to its family. The soldiers, after managing to get the pearls, encountered the snake and attacked it with their swords. The snake, injured, managed to escape and save its life.
After the snake was gone, the crow family lived happily with their chicks. The crow learned that being clever and using intelligence in difficult situations can lead to success.
