In a jungle, there lived an elephant and a goat. They were very close friends, always searching for food together and sharing their meals every day. One day, in their quest for food, they ventured far from their jungle and came across a pond. Near the pond, there was a berry tree.
Upon seeing the berry tree, the elephant and the goat were overjoyed. They went near the berry tree, and the elephant used its trunk to shake the tree vigorously. As a result, a bunch of ripe berries fell to the ground. The goat quickly started gathering the fallen berries.
Seeing the baby bird drowning, the goat jumped into the pond to rescue it, but the goat didn’t know how to swim. Consequently, the goat began to sink. Witnessing the goat in distress, the elephant also jumped into the pond and saved both the goat and the baby bird from drowning.
Having rescued the baby bird, the mother bird returned to find her chick safe. She was very grateful to the elephant and the goat. She suggested that they stay near the pond and the berry tree.
From then on, the elephant and the goat lived beneath the berry tree along with the bird family. In a few days, the baby bird grew into a healthy bird. The bird, along with its family, would explore the jungle and inform the elephant and the goat about the trees bearing fruits.
In this way, the elephant, goat, and birds lived happily, sharing their food and enjoying each other’s company.
Moral of the story:
We should not harm others. If our actions cause trouble for someone, we should rectify our mistakes, resolve conflicts, and help each other, fostering a sense of unity and cooperation.
